General Return/Refund Policy

Because of the unique nature of our curated Mystery Party Boxes, they can’t be returned or refunded. Once The Company hands the box or boxes over to the shipping carrier, the service is considered complete. Tracking information is provided, and purchasing shipping insurance is at the sole discretion of the customer.

Specific Refund Exception(s)

  1. Exception: to our general return/refund policy is if you cancel your order before it ships. In that case, you’ll get a full refund of the order amount, either as store credit or back to your original payment method. We can’t accept individual items sent back to us.   2. Exception:  the wrong theme or box package size is received.  Refund must be requested within 5 days of receipt of the pac

Damages and issues
Customer has the ability to select from numerous shipping options which include the option of shipping insurance.  Please refer to the shipping specifics of the option chosen by the customer for options that are inclusive of shipping insurance; inspect your order upon reception and refer to any shipment-company-provided package insurance.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like subscription Creative Kits, Build Boxes, and Hack Packs and purchases made with a bulk discount. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@crunchlabs.com.
